A concrete floor in a very busy medical device manufacturing facility was subject to high traffic and use. Our client, located in Naples, FL, wanted to establish and maintain proper maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and Federal standards.

Solution: Polish and regular maintenance

We ground and honed away surface damage and completely removed soils, contaminants, and leftover coatings. Then, we polished the concrete to a beautiful and highly reflective finish. Finally, we applied an impregnating sealer to inhibit staining. Regular ongoing maintenance has kept the floor looking great year-round.
